Bangabandhu-1 Satellite Project – Chief Interior Consultant As Mr. Salek, I had the distinct honor of serving as the Chief Interior Consultant for the Bangabandhu-1 Satellite Project, Bangladesh's first-ever communications satellite mission. This historic initiative, launched in 2018, marked a significant leap forward for the nation’s telecommunication infrastructure. My role involved leading the interior design and functional layout planning for the satellite’s ground control stations and supporting facilities. I focused on creating secure, efficient, and ergonomic environments tailored for high-tech operations, ensuring seamless coordination between form and function. Contributing to a project of such national pride and global recognition remains one of the highlights of my professional journey.
The successful execution of this project resulted in a high-performance, mission-critical interior environment tailored for the operations of Bangladesh’s first communications satellite. My design ensured seamless integration between technology and functionality, enhancing workflow efficiency for engineers and technical personnel.
